Patent paralegal (692708)

Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Patent Assistant/Paralegal to assist the Patent Professionals in the Patent Organization. You will ensure that the administrative part of Patent Portfolio Management, i.e. filing and prosecuting patent applications, is performed in accordance with our internal policies and patent law. You will collaborate with Patent Professionals, Inventors, Patent Unit Managers, Outside Counsels / Law firms, and the Licensing department.


You will:
Handle the filing of a patent application including first and further filing
Be responsible for Patent Prosecution and Patent Finance
Education: (Recruiter to supply educational requirements)
Min years of experience (Recruiter to supply)
Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
