Patint Support specialist

We are moving consultations online and provide a service that gives the patient the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we’re expanding internationally, with local products already live in Norway and Spain.

We are now looking for an ambitious Patient Support Specialist that can help us towards our goal to provide the best possible service to our patients. As a Patient Support Specialist you will handle the direct contact with our patients through phone, email and other digital channels. To be successful in this role you have to be passionate about service and you feel extremely comfortable by having your phone as your main work tool. Furthermore, you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are not afraid of trying new things. Since KRY is a workplace with several of different nationalities, you need to have knowledge in both Swedish and English.

What you’ll do:

- Provide exceptional service to our patients through Phone, Email and other digital channels
- Guide patients in our app & help them with various of topics

Who you are:

- Service-minded person who’s not afraid of trying new things
- Few years of experience from service, experience from healthcare or business support is a plus
- Fluency in Swedish and English. Other languages is a plus, but not a requirement.

You will report to the Support Manager and will be based in our Stockholm HQ in central of Stockholm.
