Job Description
In this Pattern Maker role, you will be a key player in a new project connected to We love horses and equestrian products. As part of a small new team, you will get the change to be part of and build this project from start. You will work closely with the product team to create high quality equestrian garments. Your responsibility will be to drive the development of fit, size, silhouette and technical solutions based on visual and functional goal for the target costumer. Together with the product team, you drive the product development in a responsible way from start to end in close collaboration with production team. You constantly identify, strategically evaluate and act on how material will affect fit, silhouette and function.
Qualifications
In this project you will work in an environment where not every process and structure are set, and flexibility, problem solving and a prestige less mindset will be important abilities to reach success. Building something from start excites you and you will need to be organized, manage your time and keep focus on what creates value even when there is a lot to do.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Pattern Maker, working with sport/active wear
• Experience from equestrian garments
• Skilled in 3D CLO and Lectra Expert
• A strong sense of commerciality & fashion relevance
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Collaborative with a flexible & agile mindset
• Has a positive problem-solving attitude and is eager to find new ways
• Team player

This is a full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
