The opportunity
Bambora is now part of Worldline Group, where we are addressing persistent challenges of the payment world and have established ourselves as a leading developer of creative software solutions to enable the cashless society. Within the Worldline’s Merchant Service, Regional Business Division Targets Payment Partner with in Western Europe. We have a strong presence in the Nordics and are extending the business to UK, Portugal, Spain among other countries within WE. We are looking for a Payment Partner Account Manager, keen to keep our revenue engine running through their own skill. Our ideal Payment Partner Account Manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building and closing deals. We are seeking a self-starter with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can encourage the same in others. In this role you will drive sales within our Payment Partner segment focus on Payment Facilitator and ISV and ISO’s being reseller of our acquiring service and report to the Head of Payment Partner Sales, WE. We make our and the partners business grow.
This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, driving existing and new business growth. You’re our ideal candidate if you have a strong history in sales, have a very good understanding of technology and the payment landscape, and have a solid understanding of international ecommerce and card present payments and the global payments ecosystem.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
You drive and develop our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth
Address, investigate, resolve, respond and follow-up on Partner enquiries
Conduct research to identify new customers within our ideal partner criteria
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting partner’ needs
Build long-term relationships with potential new partners and propose our solutions
Negotiate and sign new partners, ensuring they are integrated swiftly
Become an expert in payments and actively drive thought leadership in payments
Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies
You will work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners´ overall satisfaction

You can show a track record of success in sales
You have substantial knowledge of payments and technology

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Salesforce/CRM experience, strong excel knowledge
You prove to be self-motivated, hardworking, result oriented professional with the capability to prioritize and to keep business focus
Previous experience from the payment industry is preferred
