Through development of a convenient, safe, easy and enjoyable payment experience you will contribute to business growth and secure the frontend customer facing payment experience. You will do this in collaboration with different stakeholders and cross functional teams within the IKEA group.

To succeed in this role, you have been working with Payments within the area of commercial and retail for a minimum of 10 years. Consequently, you have experience of working with the end to end payment process and understand the role of payments as an integrated part of the business. You have achieved a solid understanding of all aspects of the IKEA multichannel shopping experience, especially within the payment process. We do also believe that you have a proven understanding in Financial services, Commercial areas and/or Business Management and demonstrate strong leadership skills. In this position you will manage a small team. Please note, previous payments experience from IKEA is a pre-requisite for this recruitment.
Furthermore, you have broad knowledge and experience of:
· The main standard payment solutions and payment options
· The current market environment, expectations from customers today and tomorrow

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
As a Payments Manager, you will drive extraordinary growth by providing an easy buying experience for all customers in a multichannel retail environment.
More in detail you will:
· Be responsible to develop and execute a strategic multichannel payment direction delivering to customer expectations and IKEA’s business needs – providing strong business input reflecting in a prioritized roadmap
· Identify, lead and keep track of initiatives improving the payment experience
· Manage, lead and develop the Payments team within the Customer function
· Coach and collaborate with the Customer Payment team in the countries, managing the competence network and facilitate best practice sharing
· Act as a member of the Customer team and proactively contribute to improving the customer experience in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
· Have the ability to rapidly adjust approach in order to reach goals in a highly changing internal and external payments landscape
· Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Market Support, Commercial, Digital and beyond to secure development, integration and common focus to maximize impact and excellence in all journey steps
· Secure the ways of working and governance needed to secure seamless payment experiences for our customers and co-workers
This role is based in Malmö and you will report to the Customer Manager, Market Support.
