Do you have experience working with payroll administration and want an exciting new challenge? Kappahl is in a development phase, and we are now looking for a qualified Payroll Administrator with good system knowledge. We offer you As a Payroll Administrator, you participate in the entire payroll process and you will have responsibility for a selected region of stores, where you will support area manager, store managers and store staff.
You will also participate in our annual salary audit and support in system maintenance (SD Worx) and updates in related systems (such as Quinyx) and reporting to authorities and insurance companies. In this position, you will partly have your own area of responsibility and partly collaborate close with your colleagues.
You will be a part of a highly motivated Payroll team where you will be one of four colleagues, and you will collaborate closely with the HR and Communication team of Kappahl.
At Kappahl, we have four collective agreements, two blue collar and two white collar and we run more than 1500 payslips per month.
Your profile We are seeking you who have a relevant education within the payroll field, and at least three years of experience from similar roles. You have good system knowledge, used to working in salary-, time reporting- and HR systems and have a good understanding of how different part of the systems work together. You have experience in contract interpretation and master MS Office in general and Excel in particular.
You have a keen interest to deep dive into collective agreements, both blue collar and white collar, and you have experience of running payroll in companies with more than 500 employees.
You have high integrity, are accurate and have a good analytical ability. At the same time, you appreciate working in a high pace and are a great team player. A good communicative ability is a prerequisite for managing contact with other functions and departments as you will have a broad contact area through the organization.
