THE ROLE

As our Payroll Administrator, you will join our great team of payroll specialist who provides payroll support and HR administration to Managers, Employees and People & Transformation at Oatly.
The purpose is to secure that people working for Oatly will have a smooth onboarding process, that all relevant system is updated accordingly and to secure monthly payment.
Besides the scope of work mentioned above, you will also:
- Process the payroll data in an organized and structured manner
- Keep track of all payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks
- Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data in agreed format to vendor´s
- Ongoing contact with external payroll providers in Europe
- Time report and payroll systems superuser (Workday/Quinyx)
- Development of existing systems and use of systems to its full potential.
- Manage the HR inbox with daily questions and requests
- Perform Internal Control (SOX)
- Participate in prioritized development projects
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a positive team player who shares our belief that what defines a person is bigger than any job title. You have a business mindset, a holistic view, an eye for continuous improvements and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You are self-propelled and proactive with a big curiosity.
- You are also service minded and love to add value and make a difference!
- You have a least 3 years of experience in payroll.
You will contribute with your great knowledge in:
- Payroll system/time report
- Swedish Employment Legislation and Collective Agreements
You will be located at our beautiful HQ in Malmö and reporting to our Director Global Compensation & Benefit. We have a work culture that values work-life balance, and it is possible to work from home a couple of days a week in a hybrid set up.
