On behalf of our client, a large consumer electronics company, MultiMind is looking for a Payroll Administrator – an exciting and versatile role focused on HR and employer branding but first and foremost, payroll.
This is a 1-year consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible, with great possibilities for an extension afterwards.
About the role The main objective of the Payroll/HR Administrator is to support the HR department with a diverse range of tasks within the HR area, to enhance and ensure an efficient and compliant HR - a great focus will be on payroll.
Tasks include: Payroll, insurance and pension administration for all Nordic countries
Upload salaries into internal HR system monthly
Update HR system Master Data
Supporting HR department with related reports and statistics
HR Helpdesk support
Support with recruitment administration, coordination and communication (screening applications, scheduling interviews, reference-checks etc.)
Support with Employer Branding initiative implementation and Graduate program administration
Support the HR department with administration of SELMS+ and BQMS (procurement administration)
Support the implementation of new HR system and new payroll provider as needed
Support various HR processes and ad hoc administrative tasks
The profile We are looking for an analytical, structured, and proactive payroll/HR professional with excellent communication skills and a serviceminded attitude. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with payroll in Sweden
Relevant educational background
Experience in handling insurances and pensions
System skilled
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Fluent in Swedish and English
