This position is responsible for payroll / commission processing and associated payments for Employees and Agents primarily for Sweden and Estonia but will also be required to work on other assigned countries in the Nordics . The role will also be required to provide support to local HR team and Senior Managers with payroll and commission’s data / information.
Key Accountabilities:
· Assist in the production of monthly payroll and commissions processes in line with current legislation and adherence to strict payroll and commission timetable.
· Collating information relating to payroll and commissions from various sources.
· Collating relevant payroll information such as sickness, personal data changes, bank details, annual leave, starters, leavers and changes.
· Calculation of pro-rated salaries for starters and leavers.
Calculation of revenue based bonuses, holiday and sickness pay.
· Collation and providing input of data to payroll provider for processing.

Experience / Knowledge
· Previous experience in Nordics payroll is desirable.
· Experience of working in a Shared Service environment is advantageous.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated intermediate skill in Word and Excel. Able to create look up / pivot tables and auto-calculations, and import / export text and link spread sheets.

Language Skills
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential with an additional European language as desirable.


Education / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, Additional post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
1+ years payroll / benefits work experience in a high volume payroll would be desirable
Previous experience in other areas of HR would be considered an asset.
Experience of working with Finance Payroll Reports beneficial (Gross to Net / General Ledger).
