The Coca-Cola Company sells more than 3300 products in over 200 countries. In Europe Coca-Cola is presented in 37 countries, and following a recent transformation programme, they are now organised as four business units. As a part of this transformation Coca-Cola is now looking for a Compensation, Payroll and Employee Analyst to be based in Copenhagen, Hellerup. The Coca-Cola Company is characterized by an international, challenging and very dynamic environment with high skilled and committed colleagues. The position: Your responsibility will be to manage the local portion of compensation-related processes and services; Compensation - ensure that yearly salary and bonus cycle are turn smoothly. Payroll - interface with finance and payroll providers and Employee Separation - ensure all compensation and payroll activities are undertaken correctly. Your responsibility will cover 7 countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Ireland. You will report directly to the Compensation and Payroll Manager. Your colleagues will be based in different locations in the region and it is therefore essential that you enjoy working in virtual teams in a truly international environment. Primary jobtasks: Support an coach managers on the Compensation-related processes including merit, bonus and off-cycle reviews Work closely with external payroll providers regarding input to payroll and quality assurance of output from payroll providers Support the implementation of different Compensations projects Ensure that compensation and payroll processes are run effectively Ensure that when employees separate theyre compensation and benefits are ceased/continued appropriately Payroll interface; request and approve payroll changes Together with finance be responsible for overall payroll and benefits budgeting Represent the Company with authorities related to the compensation/employee area Advise HR clients on HR transactional policies, processes, practices and tools Work with line managers to ensure accurate payments Undertake execution of Expat payroll Collation and distribution of reports Background & Experience Required: You have deep knowledge of payroll and compensation processes, minimum 5 years experience required Business level English oral and written fluency is essential You have good communication skills and a service minded attitude You have attention to details and focus on timely and consistent execution You are self-going, responsible and good co-ordinator You focus on continuous building relationships with colleagues and clients Coca-Cola offers: A unique opportunity to set your fingerprint on a newly established role Excellent opportunities to develop in a professional, international and dynamic environment.
