WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will work closely together with your colleagues’ supporting managers, co-workers and people & business partners regarding employment agreements, onboarding and off boarding. You will secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes, working methods and you will be a part of the implementation of a new digital People & HR solution - Workday. As HR and Payroll administrator you will be our scheduling specialist, participate in yearly projects fx. salary review and new systems implementation, work with a wide range of stakeholders and be the point of contact to our external payroll provider.
WHO YOU ARE
Besides being a highly skilled professional, we also hope that you are an organized problem solver and most of all a person who loves being part of a team and take ownership for your area of expertise. We believe that you have 5-7 years of experience of relevant HR admin experience from Swedish payroll and it´s a great advantage if you have experience from working with the HR solution Workday.
We hope to see that you check the following boxes:
- University Degree in HR and/or Finance
- Knowledge and experience of Swedish/Nordic Payroll processes
- Experience of managing HR data/financials
- Knowledge in Swedish Employment Legislation and Collective agreements
- Knowledge and experience in employment agreements
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
