About the role
The Payroll team at Trustly is responsible for payroll processes, calculation of wages and ensuring that employees salaries are paid correctly and on schedule. You will support the organization in payroll related matters and queries, drive internal projects and process the monthly payroll for the companies within the Trustly group.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Process end to end payroll processes including all administration, activities and controls required in pre-payroll, payroll run and post-payrollEnsure timely and correct post payroll reporting to external and internal stakeholders and authoritiesManage pension, insurance and benefit administrationResponsible for developing and maintaining the functions in payroll software proposing changes to third party payroll providerResponsible for educating employees and managers in the time reporting systemResponsible for assigned projects within the payroll functionEnsure employees are paid accurately according to local legislationMaintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Who we are looking for
To succeed in the role, we think you have a High School degree or above, preferably certification within Payroll and at least 3 years working experience. You have previous experience in managing the complete payroll process, and good knowledge in Swedish law and regulation impacting payroll.
We see it as meritorious if you have experience in payroll in EMEA, and if you have been working in an outsourcing function it’s an advantage. Furthermore, we expect you to have good knowledge of Excel, and great communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels in both Swedish and English.
As a person you are structured, ambitious and have a great sense for numbers. You are used to handle complex process flows and deliver administrative services with high quality. Additionally, you have an interest of improvement work and are eager to contribute to the further development of the payroll department.
