TMF Group in Sweden is currently looking for a highly motivated, team oriented Payroll Consultant to join its local team.
Job Position: Payroll Consultant Sweden - Full time - Stockholm
Job Purpose:
The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, processing all aspects of local payroll as well as review work from other members of the team. Work in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and delivering high quality payroll service to our clients;
- Acts as overall coordinator between our payroll clients and other TMF payroll team members;
- Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency in operations;
- Implements TMF Group operational processes to ensure service level continuity;
- Provides on the job training, assistance, review and control the output and reports for clients done by other staff members;
- Ensures all tax calculations comply with local regulations;
- Communicates with the assigned clients;
- Keeps up to date with changes in tax, payroll and labour legislation.
Key requirements:
- 2-5 years? experience of working as payroll/HR specialist/consultant;
- Good knowledge of payroll, personal tax and labour legislation;
- Attention to details and good organizational skills;
- Experience with working in an international environment is a plus;
- Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work is a plus;
- Previous experience in working with the payroll software Hogia Plus and related modules Time & Attendance and Travel Expenses is a plus;
- Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
- Action oriented / initiative oriented;
- Fluency in Swedish and English language.
