We are now looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our HR team.
Based in Stockholm Arlanda Airport, you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be responsible to ensure high standard of the payroll delivery through proactively collaboration with our payroll provider and various internal stakeholders.
Main accountabilities include
Ensure payroll delivery in an accurate and timely manner in a fast-moving and complex environment (approx. 750 employees)
In collaboration with our payroll provider, secure that all relevant data for new and existing employees and payroll entries is recorded and processed in a timely manner
Manage internal payroll reports and payroll related queries, including the calculation and raising of manual payments and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
Handling of debt collection and reminders
Support activities aiming to automate data integration between different systems
Identify areas of process improvement and ways to eliminate the need for manual processes
Ensure that payroll queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly
Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes, communicating key changes across teams
Prepare employment related documents such as contracts and certificates of employment
Assist in the review of assigned processes/policies and contribute to the development and/or modification of complementary practical tools (guidelines, templates etc.)
Actively participate in new project implementations
Qualifications and Experience
University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR data administration, payroll, or accounting
At least 1-2 years of working experience with Swedish Payroll
Knowledge of payroll best practices and with a passion for delivering a great service experience
Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll
Fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders
A positive and flexible attitude
Ability to use initiative and to work independently in a busy environment
Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: As per agreement
