Payroll Manager

Over the course of the past five years, we have grown to a business of over 500 Instaboxers, united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience. We’re super fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. With this growth, it’s important that we have a functional payroll-department and hopefully, that’s where you come in.

What you will be doing

We are looking for someone who wants to join a fast-growing (and we mean super fast) company where you will get the opportunity to build a department from the ground up and be responsible for the entire payroll process as we continue to scale. As a Payroll Manager you will be a part of the finance team and report to our Accounting Manager, furthermore, you will be our expert on all things salary-related, supporting managers and employees across the entire business in these matters both operationally and strategically. You will also have one person who will report directly to you.

You will be the central part of each question relating to salary and therefore the opportunity to work with several different stakeholders. At the same time, it’s important that you are flexible in your way of working because you will also handle over 600 salaries both hourly and monthly.

Your main tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Responsibility for hourly and monthly salaries
- Responsibility for expenses, wellness, and travel expenses
- Personnel administration and broad contact with employees in the organization and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for reporting to the social security office and produce an employer certificate

In addition to this we are also looking for you who fulfill these criteria:

- At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration
- Fluent in English and Swedish both speaking and writing
- Very good knowledge of office packages
- Development and streamlining of salary process
- Experience of salaries for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
