We are looking for a Payroll Manager, to join a dynamic team of experienced professionals. You will be working in the Group Functions Division and you will report to Manager Rewards and Payroll Sweden. Location: Flexible.

As Payroll Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation by inspiring, motivating and managing subordinate staff; develop and manage assigned processes, as well as drive and participate in HR projects.
Responsibility
You will:
· Lead the day-to-day operation within HR Services Payroll in accordance with established Service Level Agreement (SLA), Business operation plan and defined budget.
· Drive development and management of continuous improvements.
· Drive and manage that operations are compliant to legislation and Stora Enso policies and guidelines.
· Contribute to the development of the Business operation plan and priorities as well as KPIs.
· Contribute to the development of SLA and budget.
· Drive and participate in HR projects.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Human Resources or other education and experience that can be considered equivalent. You also have long and broad working experience within Payroll as well as working experience of a managerial position within an HR Service Centre in a global and/or complex company structure.
In addition, you have:
· Outstanding leadership skills.
· Change management skills: ability to react quickly and effectively to changes in business requirements
· Strong ethics and discretion.
· Strong customer focused mindset with a can-do attitude
· Excellent communication and influencing skills as well as the ability to build and maintain good relationships.
· Great momentum and the ability to make own decisions.
· Good knowledge of payroll, labour law and collective agreements as well as employer tax law.
· Good knowledge in HR IT-systems as well as extensive knowledge in MS Office.
· Fluent in Swedish and in English.

HR Services Payroll is a service center whose task is to support managers in Sweden and HR Business Partners in matters concerning labor law and collective agreement interpretations, payroll and HR administration and training coordination. HR Services Payroll is also responsible to provide first line support to employees and managers within the area of responsibility.
The team consists of HR Master Data and Payroll specialists, System application specialists and training coordinators. Most of the employees are located in Falun but also in other places in Sweden where Stora Enso has operations.
