Payroll Project Coordinator - 12 months contrac

This position will support a Global payroll implementation, which is based in our Stockholm Headquarters. The Project Coordinator act as a conduit between the HRIS Project, Payroll Team, HR Community and the business in supporting the delivery of a Global Payroll delivery. As the first point of contact with our internal customers the role will have a significant impact on our ability to meet key deliverables against the project plan.

The person will be located in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager in aligning vendor requirements in an accurate manner
Timely and accurate maintenance of all project documentation inclusive of RAID logs, and driving the mitigation through a robust project methodology
Support delivery of detailed requirements workbook to enable configuration and testing of delivery
Identify alongside Project Mnager processes requiring ?To Be? reviews in order to support HR Community expectations of project outputs
Provide assistance with meeting co-ordination, appointments, calendar, correspondence, room bookings, meeting invitations, travel arrangements
Put effective process in place for identifying, requesting, evaluating and approving changes to project scope
Preparation and attendance of monthly service review meetings
Attend working sessions, interviews and other meetings; take notes in meeting in preparation for input to be transitioned into team deliverables.
Produce and communicate detailed project plans and regularly report on deliverables.
Responsible for coordinating post project reviews internally and in partnership with Internal Audit as necessary.


Requirements:

International HR/payroll background required and experience of scalable HR/Payroll systems essential
Excellent time management and organizational ability
Ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions to address symptoms and address root causes of failures
Fluent in both written and spoken English
The ability to work in a collaborative way
Degree level qualification an advantage, but not a prerequisite
Demonstrate experience with MS Project, excel etc
