Payroll Project Manager - Contract 12 months

This position will manage a Global payroll implementation based in our Stockholm Headquarters, reporting to the Global Payroll & HRIS Manager. The Project Manager will act as a conduit between the HRIS Project, Payroll Team, HR Community and the business in supporting the delivery of a Global Payroll delivery. As the first point of contact with our internal customers the role will have a significant impact on our ability to meet key deliverables against the project plan.

The person will be located in Stockholm, in our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate regular project team meetings to ensure on-going and transparent communication between stakeholders.
Escalate risk to appropriate stakeholders and management, seek and communicate risk avoidance strategies.
Deep involvement in configuration, enhancement and testing of each solution design to meet business requirements and project success criteria.
Drive delivery of overall project on time within budget
Managing a virtual project team, not having direct authority for certain team members
Take a ?hands on? approach to project delivery, ensuring a thorough understanding of Risk and Issue resolution and mitigation
Act as single point of contact for project delivery
Identify processes requiring ?To Be? reviews in order to support HR Community expectations of project outputs
Attend working sessions, interviews and other meetings
Produce and communicate detailed project plans and regularly report on deliverables.
Accountable for ensuring all audit controls and governance are adhered to.

Requirements:

International HR/payroll background required and experience of scalable HR/Payroll systems essential
Excellent time management and organizational ability
3 years project management experience within an HR/Payroll environment
Fluent in both written and spoken English
The ability to work in a collaborative way
Degree level qualification an advantage, but not a prerequisite
Demonstrate experience with MS Project, excel etc
Experience of Prince 2 or other project methodologies
