The Role
You will be responsible for the whole payroll process for the Nordics. In addition you will also deal with administration of the company’s pension plans and employee related insurances, other benefits, travel expenses and company cars. Furthermore you will be part of system implementations and continuous development of compensation models and other related areas within payroll. You will work independently but be part of the HR team and report directly to CHRO and is based in Mölndal.


Main Tasks
Pro-actively accountable for and manages all activities related to the payroll process
Accountable for payroll payments adhering to defined timetables, prescribed internal regulations, collective agreements and country legal regulations
Reporting of pension and taxes related to payroll for countries in the Nordic organisation
Responsible for the personnel administration and personnel files
Handling of travel and expense reporting for the Nordic countries
Handling of compensation and benefits administration as per company policies in the different countries
Responsible for continuous improvements around all processes related to HR-administration and payroll
Responsible for data input into local as well as international systems and report structure when as if required.
Responsible for supporting and administrate system implementation in coordination with international HR and IT



Requirements
2-4 years of experience within Payroll or similar role
Excellent knowledge in the MS Office package
Knowledge of payroll systems
Relevant education degree
Fluent in Swedish and good in English (both speech and writing)
