Work tasks
Providing professional support and service-oriented support by phone and task management system - to the companies and their employees and internally within their own company. Support includes pay issues for all Swedish companies and system support in HR-plus, Medvind and Workday according to agreed level.
Corporate responsibility for a number of companies. Actively participate in customer meetings and if necessary arrange and hold these meetings yourself.
Working actively to achieve the company's goals. Each employee has an individual responsibility to keep himself informed and updated on how the overall goals are formulated, and how these have been broken down into departmental and individual goals.
Every employee has an individual responsibility to know and act based on the company's core values / formulated values.
Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries within their own specific area meet existing deadlines, SLAs and processes.
Working with the entire wage process according to current routine descriptions, can be described as follows:
Management and control of salary audit
Handling of input data for payroll, manual support, files, etc.
Controls and management of new and changed master data
Checks and reconciliations on payroll
Manual checks and corrections
Manual payments incl. foreign payments
Checks and reconciliation of outputs such as, for example, accounting file for financial systems, debt reports and tax declarations including payments in relevant systems
If necessary: checks and archiving of travel accounts
Salary-related investigations for our customers
Make sure that customer documentation and application documents are updated on an ongoing basis with respect to the customers for whom the company is responsible.
Establish employer certificates and other certificates
Work with the turn of the year and the holiday year shift
Participate in establishing / modifying routine descriptions
Actively participate in the development of the pay process and relevant systems
Actively participate in training of new employees, consultants and third-party suppliers
Actively contribute to third-party suppliers having the best conditions to succeed with their part of the responsibility.Post-secondary education in salary or at least three years' experience of qualified Payroll work.



Education
Post-secondary education in salary or at least three years' experience of qualified Payroll work.



Professional competence
Good experience of qualified wage work and collective agreement
Solid understanding of the entire wage process, i.e. how wages affect the companies' finances and vice versa
Fluent Swedish in both verbal and writing
Basic knowledge of English
Experience of work at Shared Service Center is an advantage
Experience in HR or economics, work experience and / or studies, is an advantage.



Technical competence
Basic knowledge of the Office package
Good system performance overall
Good knowledge of the systems HR-plus, Medvind, ServiceNow and Workday is an advantage
