THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to take part in the development of the Payroll function at Oatly. The main purpose of the role is to manage and secure the payroll delivery for Sweden and the Nordic countries. In this role you will be the owner of the payroll process and payroll related projects.
Your tasks will include:
- Overall responsible for HR masterdata accuracy
- Owner of the Swedish/Nordic payroll process
- Secure accurate payroll delivery to external payroll partner, and provide external parties
- Close collaboration with finance
- General Comp&Ben projects, closely collaborating with our Comp&Ben and Relocation&Mobility Specialist
- Be the go to person for People Business Partners in payroll questions
- First line support in payroll questions from the organization
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a positive team player who share our belief that what defines a person is bigger than any job title.
You have a business mindset, a holistic view, an eye for continuous improvements and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You are self-propelled and proactive.
You are also service minded and love to add value and make a difference!
You have a degree in Financials Payroll or MSc in Economics, a high competence in managing HR data/financials, and at least 5 years of experience in payroll.
You will contribute with your great skills in:
- Swedish/Nordic payroll processes
- Managing HR data/financials
- Swedish Employment Legislation and different CBA´s
- Payroll systems and Excel
