To achieve this, we aim to strengthen our product team and we are looking for a ServiceNow product specialist/Business analyst.
Core Deliverables:
- Partnering with the broader Finance and procurement operational team, operations solution partners, and Business users to analyze, define, and document business requirements.
- Assessing technology needs and preparing User Stories.
- Preparations of test scripts.
- Organizing and coordinating UAT.
- Assessing and present business value, risks, and intent behind new products and features to stakeholders.
- Supporting development and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature definitions, drive the continuous improvement of ServiceNow system features in line with a unified release strategy.
- Collaborating with different teams including ITSM ServiceNow, networking, database, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems.
Responsibilities:

Be the single point of contact with INGKA Business Stakeholders gathering requirements
- Make sure that all deliveries are documented and communicated for an easy delivery to BAU teams.
Requirements:

Experience in working in multiple ServiceNow projects/product-based delivery team.
- Experience in ServiceNow business analysis.
- Experience in ServiceNow CSM application.
- Understanding of best practices in implementing ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow testing and training.
- Minimum one ServiceNow professional certification.
- Experience of working in agile delivery.
- Experience in varying systems implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Strong project leading skills including requirements gathering/documenting, analysis, requirement translation for developers, testing, and overall project management.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals, as well as implementing and executing high-impact projects across a matrixed organization.
- Fluent in English
Key Experience:
- Certification in ServiceNow CSM.
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Professional certification in business analysis.
- SAP Solution Manager experience/knowledge.
- Finance and procurement processes experience/knowledge.
- Previous experience in the end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow for Finance and procurement.
