At H&M Group Customer Service, we contribute to H&M Groups vision and growth by making our customers lives easier, providing our customers with exceptional guidance and inspiration, whenever and wherever they contact us. We are a multichannel and multi-brand organization with around 3500 colleagues globally and 17 established CS Centres around the world, so far.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Data Analyst to help Global Customer Service gather, visualize and analyse data to contribute to the Global Customer Service departments goals.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for successful transition from Qlikview to PowerBI platform.
You will be responsible for creating visualizations to allow business users to take actions based on the analysis and help them with decision-making.
You will have a strong understanding of the information structure and data flow to define appropriate improvements to secure end-to-end data flows with high quality.
You will together with the BT product team construct the product strategy, define deliverables, aligning them with business needs & relevant stakeholders. You will be working in an agile way following the Scrum methodology.
You will work with CS Department Heads to take in new ideas & perspectives to find further potential in your data project(s)
You will make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve the data metrics
You will be the specialist for PBI visualisations & Security within Customer Service.
Who we are looking for?
Just like everybody at H&M you are results-driven, open-minded, curious, ambitious and collaboratively focused. You have of course a keen interest in data analysis, and you are able to understand how the information you gather impacts on the business strategies.
Furthermore, you have:
2+ years experience as Business/Requirement Analyst, Data Specialist, or similar position with focus on information modelling and data flow analysis
2+ years experience of working with business intelligence/data visualization tools – preferred Power BI.
Education to Batchelor degree level in relevant field.
Strong track record of delivering business results by working cross-functionally.
Great communication skills: Ability to present complex data in a format digestible by all stakeholders in the business
A methodical and logical approach.
You can work independently, proven self-starter & self-motivator.
High level of statistical knowledge, advanced Excel skills and/or knowledge of programming languages is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in Retail sector and/or Customer Service is preferred but not essential.
Native level English language skills.

Additional Information
This is a fulltime position, initially on a 1 year contract. We are a global team, so your location is negotiable, but you must be able to work to one of our Customer Service Centres, or in Stockholm 1-2 days per week. Our Centres are located in Edinburgh, Barcelona, Maastricht, Chicago, Warsaw, Boras, Greve & Nuremburg.
