We work closely with the day-to-day business within Inter IKEA Sweden and we are contributing to the growth of business through people. Our contribution is to secure the base operational HR processes.
We are now looking for a People & Culture Specialist within the areas of Work environment & Health and Labour Law.
Job Description
The purpose of the work environment management activities is to ensure that all co-workers at IKEA of Sweden can enjoy a working environment that is safe and healthy from all perspectives and of course a great place to work. As a Work environment Specialist you are responsible for providing support, expertise, competence development and tools within the area.
In the role as P&C Specialist you will:
co-ordinate and steer the systematic work environment (SAM) at IKEA of Sweden through our managers and colleagues within People & Culture (HR).
co-ordinate the work environment committee for IKEA of Sweden and work with the results and findings related to organizational matters.
carry out introductions and trainings for managers, co-workers and P&C colleagues.
be the contact person for both internal and external stakeholders, for instance our occupational health care.
follow up on sickness statistics, the use of occupational health care and other important metrics and KPI:s within the field
We have recently implemented several new HR systems that will serve as a platform that will enable a more aligned and proactive way of supporting our co-workers and managers in the area.
You will be an important member of the national network for Inter IKEA Group within the area. This includes setting new ways of working, development and alignment of policies, routines and services.
Some of your tasks will touch both Work environment and Labour law, for instance support regarding long term sickness and rehabilitation, re-deployment and work training.
You are responsible to keep the organisation updated about what is happening within the area, via newsletters and other communication channels.
Qualifications

You are both self-driven, able to work independently and are motivated in finding new solutions, as well as collaborating in a team environment.
You share your knowledge as well as you are curious and eager to learn more.
You demonstrate reliability, honesty and integrity in interpersonal relations.
You see the benefit of working proactively and like to be on the stage to hold trainings and introductions within the area.
You are structured and organised with a hands-on approach - you make things happen.
The passion for people and business is obvious and you like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment.
You have good knowledge of Swedish labour law legislation and the rights and obligations of co-workers and employers.
You have a university diploma and a few years of experience within the relevant field and you are fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
