PC technician

Avalanche Studios is looking for a talented PC technician to join our IT department. As the PC technician you will work with internal first line support to our staff in the Stockholm studio. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and solving tickets, as well as assemble and troubleshoot client computers.

You will be a part of the IT department together with system administrators and our PC technicians, while reporting to our IT manager. To succeed in this role you do not need a lot of previous work experience, but you do need to know how to build computers and have a true passion for it!


Main responsibilities


• Handle incoming 1st Line tickets through Jira/RT independently and in a professional way
• Keep an updated hardware and software inventory when changes occur
• Assistance of client hardware upgrades 
• Assessment of technical equipment/setup when necessary 
• Handle registration and cancellation of security RFID­ tags




Required qualifications


• Experience of building computers
• Service minded 
• Well organized and used to taking own initiatives and executing on them
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Be passionate about IT and computers
