We are looking for a Maintenance Leader to join PDG (Product Development Group) Gateway to work with one of our product in 5G, Packet Core Gateway (PCG). You will lead the maintenance of our PCG product and serve our customers by planning and deliver correction packages and global announcements to the global market. You will be part of the PCG release program where you collaborate with several other leaders and development teams, as well as be a main interface towards the Support organization within Packet Core. 5G is being massively rolled out during 2021 and maintenance is a very important and vital part of this roll-out. As Maintenance Leader you will work with teams primarily located in Sweden, China, Spain, India and Hungary. You will report to the Head of Gateway Continuous Integration & Delivery, located in Gothenburg.

You will
Collaborate and cooperate efficiently across organizations
Secure clear communication to customers regarding product maintenance
Secure needed Maintenance capacity prioritization (resources, labs, etc.). Secure resources and internal drivers for handling escalations for critical faults
Visualize and communicate product quality status to the organization
Ensure product maintainability at product release assessment


To be successful in the role you must
Have ability to focus, take proactive decisions and follow through to wanted effect: be result oriented
Have experience in project management in a Lean and Agile world
Have experience and good understanding of R&D and SW development
Enjoy cooperating with others and be good at listening and analyzing
Have excellent communication skills and ability to speak & write English fluently
