As Product Change Management (PCM) Coordinator you are responsible, for administering, maintaining, and developing the tools and templates that are supporting the Product change- and Innovation process. You will ensure that our assortment list and product certificates are complaint to Carlsberg’s and industry requirements and always up to date and communicate changes in the assortment to external parties. In this role you will also be contact person and responsible for test samples and data reporting to Validoo Q-lab and Validoo Item. Further to above, you will be driving specific NPD projects, as Supply chain Workstream lead ensuring realistic project plan supporting that deliverables are meeting timing, quality, and cost targets
Day to day tasks as Project Coordinator:
Accountable that product- data and certificates are up to date in both internal and external system – following GS 1 standard
Communicate changes in assortment to Swedish ReturPack
Work with continues improvements within your area – maintaining and developing our SharePoint sites and flows supporting Material and SKU creation as well as delisting of products
Ensure delivery of New Product Development (NPD) projects with the commercial projects according to defined process, coordinating product and material changes as supply chain workstream lead
Report and analyze deviations on KPI:s to identify rout causes and establish action plans.
Participate in development projects supporting improvements of NPD and delisting processes.
Educate employees in process- and system related areas within NPD, portfolio management and product master data
Support team members and management with product data. analysis and reporting
Operational task related to delisting process, proactively working to mitigate obsolete
Actively maintain and develop relevant tools, processes, and ways of working


The position is a full-time employment located at our site in Falkenberg. You will be a part of the PCM team with five colleagues, reporting to Product Change Manager.

What we wish from you
You have university degree within logistics, economics or likewise, strongly merit within Supply Chain. You have experience of working with projects in cross functional teams, preferably with complex material flows. We are looking for you with great numerical skills and a passion for analysis. To be successful in this position you are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
