Working with the best Automation Solutions for a variety of industries within our new formed Nordic organization, as PCS Project Engineer you will configure and maintain configurations and applications in Emerson distributed control systems

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
· Work under supervision of a project manager in order to agree the course of action necessary to complete multiple projects in a timely and successful manner within the engineering budget.
· Be responsible for direction and engineering strategy and technical correctness of the control system for the project’s team.
· Responsible for visiting client sites and performing design studies, acceptance test, start up and commissioning work, and onsite training.
· When needed, provide demonstrations, presentations, and engineering estimates to support sales organization.
· Write engineering specifications and other project related documents, both in English and Swedish.
· Interpret/analyze project data.
· Comply to Emerson engineering standards and public regulations.
· Perform configuration and application support work for/at customer location if requested.
· Actively work to ensure that quality processes and instructions are being adhered to.
· When needed, provide assistance, within the area of knowledge and expertise, to the service organization
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
· Degree in engineering or degree in control & process automation or any similar field
· Minimum 5 years of experience within relevant process industry and/or process automation
· DeltaV Product and Application knowledge is an advantage
· Process knowledge and site hands on experiences is an advantage
· Computer literate
· Fluent English level (written and spoken) is mandatory while fluent Swedish is preferred
· Willingness to travel within Sweden or other Nordic countries if needed
· English in reading, writing and speaking is mandatory
· Willingness to travel within Sweden and other Nordic countries
