Ericsson in Lund is looking for software developer who would like to work with development of Baseband SW!

About this opportunity

Together with your team you will be responsible from pre-study to customer acceptance for new functionality, together with maintenance of current products. The team systemizes, design and test the software and take joint responsible for all team tasks.
What you will do
Your focus will be in the lower layers (L1 and Physical layer) of 5G NR Baseband SW. As a baseband lower SW developer, you will get the opportunity to learn the lower layer design and architecture in depth to develop high quality and easy testable and maintainable code in our baseband lower layer products.
You will bring
A Master of Science degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Wireless Communication, Applied Physics or equivalent.
Proven experience in working with embedded software and C/C++ and Python programming languages
A forward-thinking, hardworking and creative personality. You are an extraordinary teammate who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and embraces challenge.
Love for multicultural environment, drive and appetite for cutting-edge technology.
Passion to wrestle with problems no one else has solved before.
Good English Language skills
In addition, we value knowledge and experience in areas such as 5G and 4G wireless communication e.g. 3GPP specifications, signal processing, RF or air interface measurements, multi-core DSP processor programming in a real-time environment and design patterns in an embedded environment.
