Högskolan i Gävle verkar för en hållbar livsmiljö med forskningsprofiler inom byggd miljö och hälsofrämjande arbetsliv.Omkring 13 000 studenter läser program eller kurser och utbildas till bland annat lärare, sjuksköterskor, socionomer, ekonomer, ingenjörer, fastighetsmäklare, hälsopedagoger och 3D-animatörer.ARBETSUPPGIFTER PhD Student - Indoor Environment The Department of Building, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Sustainable Development at University of Gävle looking for a graduate student in the area of Built Environment for a research project which is primarily designed to lead to a Licentiate degree.The project work is performed under a research project where you do basic fluid flow studies of flow in the room with rapidly varying air flows using Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV).The characteristics of the secondary vortices formed quantified using newly developed analysis software.The research is conducted within the framework of a project that aims to develop completely new air distribution principles.We are now seeking for a candidate of post graduate studies who is specialized in this area. The work will primarily house research and postgraduate education and some teaching and administration are also included in these positions. KVALIFIKATIONER This post as a PhD student aims to an intermediate licentiate degree, in Indoor Environment and to begin as soon as possible.A PhD position in Sweden is one year with an intention of an annual prolongation of maximum five years in total for a PhD degree.The position is in Gävle and full time.The position requires master's degree in a relevant subject.Custom research this field of research is meritorious.
