What is needed in this role:

- Self-driven and solution-oriented.
- Team player with good cooperation skills.
- Experienced agile way of working in PEGA in Swedbank environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to translate business requirements into PEGA development tasks.
- Trained and experienced in PEGA platform.
- You have a relevant university degree within computer science or similar and/or proven multiyear work experience with PEGA.
- Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral, is crucial.
- Adding on a positive attitude, then we certainly want to meet you.
