People Advisor

We are now searching for a People Advisor for our customer in Stockholm. The assignment is full time with start ASAP and is initially set to go on until the end of the year but with the possibility of being extended.

Assignment:

The consultant is supposed to bridge the capacity gap until we found a new hire for our team in Stockholm.

• - Provide Advisory towards leaders for employee relation cases
• - Drive Org&Leadership initiatives for the competence Service Delivery
• - Partner up with senior leaders of competence and its domains in order to translate business requirements into Org&Lead initiatives

Required skills:

• - HR Business Partnering experience (minimum 5 years exp)
• - profound labour law knowledge for the Nordics
• - experience in driving HR initiatives
• - Consulting and coaching of senior leaders
