People Analytics Product Owner - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Owner to join our team who will be responsible for the People Analytics area.
What you will work on:
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to provide effective people reporting and analysis within the PX organization.
Assist business stakeholders in developing their ability to apply people analytics to their line of business.
Collaborate with People Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers to enhance digital solutions and identify areas of opportunity.
Automate and democratize data access to maximize the impact of new solutions.
Break down features into stories, create a backlog, and prioritize with the product team.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure digital solutions align with business needs.
Develop cross-functional and organizational initiatives to expand the business value of People Analytics.

What you bring:
Solid previous experience in People Analytics or similar data analysis roles.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and establish high-quality analytics capabilities in fast-paced environments.
In-depth analytical experience in the HR domain or similar field.
Experience in leading teams and empowering diverse and global teams.
Ability to balance different stakeholders and make decisions that benefit the organization globally.
Passion for new digital solutions and innovative problem-solving approaches.
Captivating storyteller with strong communication skills to contextualize insights and deliver actionable responses.
Structured, self-motivated, and able to simplify complex concepts.
Proficient in business analysis within an agile context and writing effective epics and features and Strong facilitation skills.
