About the job 
As People Analytics Professional you set the global HR and People Analytics vision, strategy and roadmap to support with the best analytics methods, services and analysis – covering our major data and information needs within HR globally. You collect, analyze and interpret people related data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvements. You partner with subject matter experts and leaders and turn insightful analytics into executable actions.
Together with our Reporting Specialists, you provide reports, insights and value-adding analytics to support our organization in taking well-measured and evaluated decisions and actions. You continuously improve our people analytics capabilities by ensuring that our analytics architecture is up to date, easily accessible and has relevant data. You play a critical role in supporting our organization with advanced analytics whilst helping our organization to grow their own analytics abilities
You report to, and act in close collaboration with the Head of HR Technology and this position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within a time zone close to Sweden (CET). Occasional travel to our business units around the world is part of the job.


Your profile 
We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge of analytics and data management, preferably in connection with HR, who’s been working both strategically and operationally in a global environment for several years. In addition to this, you have a good knowledge of Power BI or similar tools, and you understand the data lake and data warehouse concept. You also have the ability to translate statistics, trends and requirements into value-adding actions. You can see patterns and trends which give us the opportunity to take mitigating actions before things happen and be prepared for what is about to come. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
We value your soft skills, characterized by a structured, confident and holistic way of working – keeping to your deadlines and capturing opportunities without losing track of our direction. You have investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to take complex statements and develop simplified outcomes. With excellent communication skills, you build networks and stable relations within all levels of the organization. You have a data-driven approach and with a strategic and comprehensive view, you respond timely to business requirements and act on both urgent, short-term and long-term objectives.
