WHO YOU ARE
You have excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to understand how analytic outcome add value to the business. We want someone who really enjoys communicating the outcome! You can make complexity become something understandable or even simple. In the role as People Analytics Specialist your ability to build relations and work with stakeholders is important. You have the strategic perspective as well as that you can go deep into the details. In this role we need someone driven by curiosity, who wants to learn and stay up-to date with internal and external developments.
We believe you have an education in a technical or mathematical field, with an interest in data science and ideally also behavioral science. Some coding knowledge (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and experience from BI tools (e.g Qlik, PowerBI) is required, having worked with predictive analytics is a big plus. You share our values and our view that people are the most important part of our business, and you have high ethical standards working with personal data. You enjoy working in a global environment and supporting specialists across the globe with your expertise. You build your opinion based on data and analytics, you want to reach impact with your insights, and you know how to bring the point across to persons with completely different expertise.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The People Analytics Specialist provides leaders and managers in Group People & Culture with analysis and insights, to enable them to lead, work and organize in a way that brings the best out of our people and business. Also supporting specialists in the markets to do the same for their respective countries. You generate insights to give our many co-workers and leaders the best preconditions to fulfill our vision.
This means
• Perform people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
• Enable and support the many co-workers and leaders to take fact-based people decisions.
• Collaborate across the organization to define and develop reporting, analytics and our base of KPIs.
• Support in the identification and implementation of digital capabilities that can support efficient and accurate people analytics.
• Support establishing people analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization
• Communicate and simplify your analytics so your stakeholders understand the outcome
