Job Description
As POD Communication Lead, your responsible areas will be:
Internal communication within POD and the Global HR function including:
Supporting and guiding managers within POD and Global HR Function in internal communication to ensure transparency and effective communication both to inform, engage and motivate our employees.
Ownership of POD’s part of Inside or potential new internal communication platform.
Establishing structures for unifying internal communication of for example announcing staff changes and other organizational changes.
Working close with Group Communication to unify internal communication strategies and channels.
Acting as change management support to projects and initiatives within POD.
Supporting, aligning and guiding managers in POD and HR in change
Measuring and follow up change readiness.
Fuelling ‘constant improvement’ mentality, cross-functional mindset and innovation culture at POD.
Qualifications
We believe that you as a successful POD Communication Lead have:
Relevant education background and a few years of working experience with internal communication and change in a big organization.
Have passion and experience in working with change communication and understand how internal communication can fuel and empower change from the current to desired state.
Great understanding of our business.
We believe you to be well versed in creating communications content, both proactive and reactive, suitable to different internal audiences and channels across the group.
Have excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English, you know how to consolidate information and produce content at a high pace.
Knowledge in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Stockholm. In this position you report to the Head of People and Organizational Development.
