People and Workplace Experience Coordinator

The People and Workplace Experience Coordinator (PWEC) strives to create a unique Prisjakt experience by forming memorable and exceptional workspace experiences as well as people-related projects. Blood sweat and tears are put into manifesting the infamous Prisjakt Culture in our studios but also in our rituals.

As a PWEC at Prisjakt Sweden you will overall be responsible for our studios in Sweden co-operating with our PWEC in Poland. We think you are a person that has a colour coded binder and knows exactly when to negotiate a new contract, book the window cleaner, order food for Black Friday and are somehow a skilled FBI when it comes to planning our company conference, IOTech, without spilling the beans. And yes, you have an eye for details and you know stuff like unclogging a sink and how to optimise work areas for the best use.

What you bring to the team and Prisjakt

Office first person, this role is an onsite role divided between Ängelholm and Malmö to meet the needs of both offices.

Enjoys handling administration work but every chance you get if possible you will automate tasks.

Up to date with hybrid way of working, you drive the work to continuously evaluate and iterate our hybrid work model

Fluent in English and Swedish

Its a big plus in this role if you know Health and Safety and know how to plan and throw a good togethering.
