People Associate (Fixed term)

Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility for everyone. Today we are the #1 e-scooter service in Europe, operating in 100+ cities with over 120 MILLION rides to date. To support the People Operations team with the day-to-day HR work we’re now looking for a People Associate to join us full-time from now until the end of August 2023, with good opportunities for extensions.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a People Associate you will support the People Operations team on a broad range of HR related questions and work continuously to improve the structures and processes in the function. This will include:

- Drafting and administrating employment agreements
- Ensuring everything related to new starters & leavers are correctly updated in our systems
- Ensuring that all admin of our benefits, option program & insurances in the Nordics are correctly updated
- Answering incoming HR-tickets
- Keeping our HR-tools up to date and acting on different tasks in our HRIS-system (HiBob)
- Supporting with ongoing and upcoming HR related projects, eg. the development of our intranet
- Driving applications and extensions of working VISA's
- Supporting and collaborating closely with the People Operations team


WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for an energetic, structured and service minded people-person interested in building a HR-career in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in Swedish and English, we believe the right person has:

- A relevant education in HR or similar
- Knowledge of Swedish labor law
- Experience from working with administration in different IT-systems and Swedish employment contracts is a merit
