We are now looking for a People Attraction and Development (PAD) specialist with the focus on Onboarding to join our fantastic HR team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey looking forward!

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The PAD (People Attraction and Development) specialist has their main focus on Onboarding and is a member of the Group PAD team which consists of three functions: employer branding, recruitment, and learning & development. Pre-boarding and onboarding is incredibly valuable to us at Axis as our philosophy is to strengthen and grow our individuals and teams on their Axis journey. Your closest colleagues will be from the group L&D team (2 people) who together with their counterparts in local Axis organisations around the world plays a central part in driving our learning culture, to secure L&D global processes and support growth mindset. You will also cooperate closely with our Employer Branding and Recruitment colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PAD SPECIALIST (with the focus on Onboarding)
You will be responsible to drive, deliver, maintain, and develop Axis Intro Days, our introduction program where we welcome all new colleagues globally to our HQ Campus in Lund. As a part of the role, you will be responsible for developing the processes of onboarding and pre-boarding in our HR system as well as take part in numerous PAD initiatives. You will work in a multicultural environment and in close cooperation with the HR/L&D teams in Axis world.

Here are the main job responsibilities:

* Responsible for the monthly Axis Intro Days program (communication, preparation, administration, delivery and follow-up)
* Secure that our HR system supports our philosophy of onboarding and learning culture as well as ensure compliance
* Develop pre-boarding package for new employees and a toolbox for managers to welcome their new team members.
* Explore and realise possibilities to contribute to an inspiring employee experience

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you have experience with organizing and hosting events, you get energy from meeting new people and welcoming others; you are a curious person with an eye for details, and it is important for you to have a structure and a plan. You have strong communication skills, and you are comfortable with facilitating stakeholders and attendees. You see solutions when there is a challenge, and you are passionate for internal customer service and quality of delivery. It is natural for you to work with technology, and you enjoy being digitally fluent.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE:

* A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Both HR and event management experience
* Fluent written and verbal English
