People Attraction & Development Manager - Sweden

Who is your future team?
The People Attraction and Development team consists of three functions; employer branding, recruitment and learning & development where 8 skilled professionals work. The team play a central role in the HR agenda and Axis strategy and contribute in a very clear way to the business. Besides having an important purpose and impact as a PAD Manager Sweden, you will also work with the greatest HR team there is. It's a joy to work with this group that consist of positive, driven, humorous and competent team members and they're all looking forward to meeting you!

What you´ll do as a People Attraction & Development Manager in Sweden?
This role will together with the team ensure our message of who we are and what our ambition for the future is, are being spread both externally and internally, ensuring that we attract, develop and retain the right people for our business success. You will drive the message of our global EVP in the Swedish organization and make sure that we support the business with an excellent employee experience throughout the whole employee journey.

The team works with the organization, HRBPs and managers to develop the competences needed today and tomorrow in Axis. Create programs to support our employees to develop further within their role or to develop into a new role. Also programs for specific functions, new managers or senior directors will be under the wings of this team. All built on our Core Values which are the base for how we collaborate internally and with our stakeholders around the world.

You will in this role also be the leader of the recruitment team in Lund which is supporting the Swedish based functions with outstanding competence for being the best in attracting and recruiting the people we need at our Campus in Lund and our Hub in Linköping.

In this role you are part of an ambitious, passionate and value driven organization, working closely with HR colleagues and managers, as well as the Group PAD team, supporting the delivery of our business strategy and goals.

You will report to me, however you will interact daily with various stakeholders and support our HR organization with an efficient and value-based HR agenda within the attraction and development area.

Who are you?
To be successful you will need to combine outstanding leadership skills, competence and experience within the area of responsibility for this role, with a passion for enabling your team and all Axis people to unlock their potential.

You like to take on new challenges and have a good business understanding, have strong collaboration ability and navigate easily among different stakeholders You will also bring us a broad knowledge of industry and market best practice.

Furthermore, you are a good communicator and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills, and understand that engaged employees, partners and other stakeholders is key to continue our development as a company. Successful characteristics would be a strong ambition paired with a lack of prestige personality and high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

I believe you have experience from similar roles before, being a leader at least 5 years. You have a university degree in Human Resource Management or similar. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and possible other key languages is required. As we have ambitions in HR Tech and are taking new and exciting steps into digitalize HR, a curiosity and experience in this area is a plus.
