We are looking for a People Business Partner for our Group Finance, Legal and People & Communications organizations. This is a global role, preferably based in our Stockholm headquarters, as that is where a large majority of stakeholders is located.

Who we are looking for:
A pro-active and business-minded HR leader to work in close collaboration with senior leaders of Group Functions. You bring a strategic mindset, a positive problem-solving approach with a business-first perspective, and a genuine interest in and care for people.


Objective:
As a People Business Partner at Electrolux, you develop and steer the implementation of your teams' organizational and people development strategy. You do so in close partnership with the leadership team, enabling a high performing learning organization. You act as a key sounding board and coach for senior leaders on leadership, culture, engagement and delivery capability, implement the people plan objectives and build a future-ready organization. You inspire and influence our truly multicultural, global organization.
People Business Partners also take responsibility to drive selected initiatives across all functions within the Group (across Finance, IT, Global Business Services, Data Experience, Legal, People & Communications and Business Areas), collaborating across team members to create synergies and accelerate delivery of our overarching plan.
The role reports to the VP People & Communications for Finance, IT, Legal and Global Business Services.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the Finance, Legal and People & Communications senior leaders on their people and organizational development agenda
Develop and steer implementation of the global people plan, and of your respective functional focus areas
Capability building – Develop a future-focused capability roadmap and related executional plans, equipping the organization for outstanding performance in the near-term, and constant transformation to prepare for what lays ahead (e.g. organizational design, skills for the future)
Transformation & change – Lead and facilitate transformation and organizational change initiatives ensuring buy-in, clarity, engagement and follow-through
Talent Management – Ensure ongoing focus on talent and organizational development. With leaders, identify, mentor and grow talent, in support of current and future strategic needs. Build a robust, forward-looking and skills-based succession planning approach.
Lead initiatives to enable a learning organization, with particular attention for transferable skills, team and leadership development
Bring the extended Finance People Business Partner community together on talent development, succession planning, employer branding, etc. creating inspiration, engagement and collaboration across teams globally. More widely, contribute to enhanced clarity and efficiency when working with team members across Electrolux newly established People Delivery Model.
Advise and follow-through on various engagement programs
Contribute to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda for the organization, holding teams accountable to continue measurable progress and impact

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
HR/People business partnering – to thrive in this role, candidates will typically have developed their partnering skillset over an extensive period in a global, multicultural and multi-location setting, including partnership with senior leadership teams
Business acumen and critical thinking – preferably built upon a solid academic background
A data-driven mindset and approach, you build your decisions and advice on people and business analytics
Results-oriented – you distill actions and take ownership, with persistence where needed, to see your actions result in measurable outcomes
An ability to influence senior stakeholders to raise leadership and change management capability, engagement and performance (in complex, matrixed environments)
Ability to advise and coach international and multicultural leaders and teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
