We are now looking for a dedicated colleague to join us in the People & Culture Community of Expertise department. We enable and support all Inter IKEA Group entities in Sweden through the People & Culture community and managers to secure employment in compliance with payroll and solution support, applicable laws, regulations, co-worker relations, work environment and mobility expertise. We also have the assignment to secure common national P&C Experience frame agreements, policies, processes, guidelines, and work routines as well as global regulation when applicable.

Job Description
We are on a service transition journey and are establishing best way of working during the way. This is an opportunity for you to join us in an exciting time that will challenge your skills and let you develop yourself. This role consists of two parts:
1) One assignment is to support the colleagues in the community of expertise in different administrative task in relation to the different areas of community of expertise including assignments described below.
2) The second assignment is to support us to identify and address needs, develop simple tools or documents, update guidelines, and processes.

Assignment:
Support the different assignment Community of Expertise with administration support such as allocated parts of immigration, benefit taxation, calculate allowances and manual payments.
Support archive handling and registration of documents
Support with invoice handling
Support administrative information flow
Contribute to the development of working methods and tools
Interact with stakeholders
Support agreement handling process
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you need experience as an administrator. Ideally you have worked within the area of People and Culture and that you have some knowledge of Human Resource processes and procedures as Labour Law, Work Environment and Mobility.
You are a fast learner who enjoys working in a high-speed environment, good knowledge, and skills in MS Office a big advantage is knowledge in MS Excel is.
As a person you are service minded, independent, agile, organized, and able to work in a changing environment.
You can take own initiatives, responsibilities and curious about get things done better and enjoy simple solutions.
You get energy by working with processes, numbers, doing calculations and provide great admin support.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders within and outside community of expertise.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
