People & Culture Assistant

About the job

This is an exiting opportunity to be a part of Polarium's journey as we grow in a tremendous pace. We are a company with sky high targets and to support our vision we are now looking for a People & Culture Assistant to work 2-3 days a week in parallel with your studies, to support the HR team.

In this role you will support with the on- and offboarding process, tracking core data and KPIs, coordinate trainings for both new and existing employees, as well as organize to ensure the information is entered correctly into the systems.

You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team in Sweden and you report to the Sr People and Culture partner at HQ in Kista.

What you'll do:

- Add co-workers in relevant systems
- Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
- Organize, maintain, and update employee information as needed
- Coordinate trainings
- Support in working environment tasks
- Support in other special projects


Qualification and experience:

- Ongoing bachelor´s degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- It´s a plus if you have experience from an agile way of working and/or working in a fast-growing business
