To be successful in this role, you bring with you:
Minimum 5 years’ experience from a role within People and Culture (HR). Ideally, you have already experience as Unit P&C Business partner or manager and are used to working with our Ingka people processes. You can also be a senior P&C Generalist, ready to take the next step. You are used to take responsibility and to lead projects from a P&C perspective. You have a holistic business understanding and have experience in coaching senior leaders in both long term direction and day-to-day leadership questions. We also see that you have experience from budget responsibility.

The role is located in Malmö and will report to Market Support People & Culture Business Manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of Retail Operations P&C team you will contribute to leading the People Strategy and People agenda forward (specific area will be defined based on candidate).
You will:
• Partner up with business leaders to build the right capabilities and competencies to meet our customers in the best possible way.
• Create pre-conditions for autonomous, high performing and learning teams.
· Support P&C Business Manager and managers by aligning and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to P&C requirements
· Together with key leaders drive activities connected to P&C year cycle, P&C processes and policies.
· Drive and deliver business-specific P&C topics and assignments.
· Provide support to business leaders in leadership and people matters by providing daily P&C guidance and advice.
· Secure and follow up that the function is working in line with the mandatory elements of People & Culture strategy to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the framework and policies.
· Collaborate with P&C and cross functional groups to build common ways of working and share best practices.
· Partner with P&C Services team for delivery of Operational activities.
