We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who can help us support WirelessCar in Sweden and who will be an important part in making WirelessCar a truly enjoyable place to work at.

Who are you?

If you are passionate about contributing with your knowledge in the People area to an exciting and highly innovative company that is rapidly growing and has ambitious plans, this is an opportunity for you!

You will work tightly together with an team consisting of 10 to 15 people and a highly dedicated global network of Line Managers. Your mission is to advise and support management teams and individual managers in all people related issues while contributing to meet business targets. You have a passion to drive and develop the the compensation & benefit area as well as to contribute in other people areas.

You share our belief that by empowering everyone in the organization and enable people to grow, we will go beyond what is imagnable and be a truly sustainable and successful company.

You will report to Vice President People & Culture in WirelessCar and among other things have the following areas that you will be responsible for;

- Support Line Managers with all people related matters and processes, e.g. salary setting, employee development, manager coaching, labor legislation related issues etc.
- Develop and drive the Compensation & Benefit area in an agile and rapidly growing company
- Support selected WirelessCar management forums and be a member of these when relevant
- Help us in our continuous work to keep and enhance our company culture


We believe that you will find this position interesting and developing if you have the following competencies and traits;

- Experience from at least five years of previous work as a P&C Business Partner in Sweden, preferably within the IT sector and/or with focus on Compensation & Benefits
- Good communication skills and at ease when interacting with all kinds of people
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work with all sorts of tasks within the people area
- A good listener with the ability to quickly grasp how to best support the person you talk to
- The ability to find the positive aspects of change and thrive in a rapidly changing world
- Good knowledge in English (both spoken and written)
- A personal integrity that makes it natural for others to seek your support
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor legislation is a must while being familiar with the Swedish collective agreement Teknikavtalet is seen as positive


We are a hybrid workplace with flexibility between working from home and from our newly rebuilt office in Gårda, Gothenburg, Sweden.
