THE ROLE
We are Power Factors, developer of the world’s leading cloud platform for renewable energy. We are now looking for an ambitious and talented Generalist, People & Culture to join our People & Culture team. The role based in Göteborg, Sweden and you will be a part of the People & Culture EMEA team.
This is a fixed term contract on 12 months. Start as soon as possible.
The Generalist, People & Culture role is broad. Here, you will be supporting the EMEA organization within various types of Human Resource related topics on a day-to-day basis. You will also take responsibility for finding talented people to join our organization, as you will manage recruitment processes for EMEA roles together with hiring managers. Having a knack and geniune interest in seeking and finding talents are therefor key. In addition to ongoing HR support and recruitment, you will be contributing to various internal projects that aim to make Power Factors an even better employer (could be within employer branding, culture, training, diversity & inclusion).
You will be a trusted confidant for the People & Culture team as the organization continues to grow. In short, as Generalist, People & Culture you will play an important role in Power Factor’s continued success.
As Generalist, People & Culture you will:
- Work with recruitment for our offices in Sweden, Spain and Germany: creating job descriptions, publishing job ads, work with sourcing, keeping candidates informed, administering our ATS, interviewing candidates, taking references, etc.
- Continuously advise employees and managers on our HR policies, practices, and processes to ensure we provide the best employee experience possible.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding activities.
- When needed, coordinate rehabilitation cases with applicable external partners, authorities, and other stakeholders

Support People & Culture team in day-to-day projects and provide support as required

Take an active role other cross-functional internal HR projects

Share the responsibility of taking care of HR related administration tasks in EMEA countries
To thrive in this role, we believe you are agile and positive, have a strong drive, and want to work in an international and growing organization. Furthermore, we believe you:
- Have an academic degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Have experience in recruiting talents, preferably in the tech sector

Have excellent communication skills in English

Enjoy learning new things and have a low level of prestige

Are structured and have attention to detail

Are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Are pragmatic, pro-active and solution-oriented

Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
Extra Pluses
- Fluency in Swedish is very beneficial
- Knowledge in Spanish and/or German
- Experience in working with HR management systems, e.g., BambooHR
- Experience from working in an international environment
- Interest in renewable energy
