People & Culture Manager, City Market IKEA Stockholm
We care a lot about our People & Culture and this is why we call our HR Manager People & Culture Manager. We are now looking for a City Market People & Culture Manager to join us in Stockholm.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative People & Culture Manager who is passionate about people and business. You have a strong leadership background and HR Managerial experience, preferably from retail and large matrix organization. This means that you have a realistic picture of the operational nature of the assignment - and the ability to make an impact!
We have high ambitions to grow IKEA in Stockholm in new and creative ways and you will play an essential role to modernize ways of working and overseeing the full HR scope of the Stockholm Market. You will report to the Stockholm Area Manager and work in close collaboration with the People & Culture team in the units, the matrix P&C Area Manager and the central P&C Center of Expertise for Sweden.
You have a university degree (Economics, Legal, Human Resources) or equivalent background and proven experience and performance in Human Resources leadership positions where you have been working at least 4-6 years.
In this role you will report to the Stockholm Market Area Manager, Graeme Smith.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You lead, plan and coach the development of the whole People & Culture agenda within the Stockholm market. This means that you will:
· Secure P&C tactical and strategic direction in the city dimension to enable a new level of collaboration among units and promote learning
· Prioritize to ensure the people issues that makes the greatest impact are addressed
· Harmonize the ways of working among units and shape the future of work to modernize the working experience and build a great place to work
· Be in the forefront to attract and retain talented co-workers, and have a structured succession plan for the current and future needs of Stockholm to enable the growth in our expanding market
· Matrix manager for Unit People & Culture Managers - responsible for recruiting and on-boarding this role
· Establish a high standard of excellence within the City Area – coaching the units and networking with relevant stakeholders to deliver the highest possible standard
· Lead, plan, coach the development of the whole People & Culture organization within the Stockholm market with a co-worker centric and collaborative approach in focus
· Steer, follow up and deliver on the People & Culture yearly cycle operations in all units in the city, securing efficiency and continuous improvement
