People & Culture Manager - eBerry | Nordic Choice Hotels
Based in Stockholm
We’re looking for innovative and experienced HR professional to join our mission to transform the hospitality industry.
You will be a part of the People & Culture (P&C) team with responsibility for our tech subsidiary, eBerry. Your mission together with the team is to create an environment where innovative and passionate people can be their very best. To succeed in this role you should be comfortable with taking on tasks ranging from operational HR to setting company goals together with the management team, you are flexible, self-confident and have a hands-on attitude to supporting the business.
You will report to our VP People & Culture and have a dotted line to our CEO of eberry. You will also be a member of the eBerry management team.
What you’ll do
• Build a world-class, innovative People & Culture function that supports and serves the different needs of the company
• Understand our business as a whole, be proactive and support managers and your peers in creating the best and most attractive place to work
• Be a counselor, coach and strategic advisor on all human capital matters and their impact on strategic and cultural objectives for the business
• Attract and recruit the best people
• Initiate honest/critical conversations about company culture. Steward the company feedback culture by different initiatives
• Partner with the Functional Executives and managers to, retain, develop and motivate people
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
• Coach managers to build leadership capabilities
• Serve as a champion for Nordic Choice Hotels and eBerrys culture and core values to promote exceptional business performance
Who you are
• You have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and working cross functionally with all areas of HR
• You have a track record of strong business partnerships within a dynamic, and fast-paced environment, preferably from the tech industry
• You have strong business acumen and ability to quickly link strategic management initiatives to potential HR implications
• You have the ability to influence change, as well as effectively deal with change management initiatives
• You are a self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results
• You are a down to earth and engaging teammate; you have integrity, assertiveness, and an ability to build trust; you are curious and make sure to keep up to date with the last HR and business trends
• You have a higher education in behavioral science;or related field of study
• You speak both Swedish and English fluently
