As People & Culture Partner you will play a key role supporting our business segments within our Gothenburg site, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure we deliver best in class People & Culture programs and initiatives. You will adopt a strategic and hands-on approach to cultivate the engagement of Qmatic’s core values at all levels.
You will be involved in a number of activities that require proactive planning, improvement to internal processes and business partnership.

Your role
• Deliver proactive P&C support to business leaders with advice for solutions in line with business demands and company culture
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide advice on employee relation matters
• Update and implement people & culture policies and programs.
• Identify and support talent, and next generation of leaders
• Provide insight on compensation and benefits
• Global recruitment and workforce planning
• Organizational development and change management.
• International and domestic employee engagement initiatives
• Employee relations
• Have a clear view of both short- and long-term business challenges and take responsibility for shaping and delivering best in class people & culture support

Your profile
We are looking for someone who has a positive mindset with an analytical skillset. You like working in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment where you are adaptable, stable and structured. Preferably you are process oriented, pay attention to detail and like to tie up loose ends. If you are also independent, driven and tec savvy you are a perfect fit.
Your background
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Demonstrated HR consulting and coaching skills understanding commercial prerequisites.
• Strong relationship builder and preferable used to work with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• 5 years of experience or equivalent, preferably in a tech organization
• Excellent in Swedish & English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Office 365

Location
