To succeed in this role, we believe that you have been working within the field of P&C/ HR or Business Navigation. You have experience to set up goals, follow through, deliver, and follow up. Furthermore, you have a cross-functional understanding of Ingka/IKEA and a comprehensive understanding about the IKEA core business. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a People & Culture Performance Leader you will enable a highly successful and performance driven P&C Business Partnering function, together with the P&C Performance and Operations Manager. You will co-lead the implementation of our P&C Operating Model for our P&C Business Partnering Function, as well as independently lead, contribute and coordinate key areas.
One of the main tasks will be to lead and drive qualitative performance management to secure to deliver to agreed goals and KPI’s in P&C. Further, you will independently assess and/ or lead key initiatives or strategic projects as well as present and convey insights, data, and initiatives to key stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will work independently on key initiatives, communication and strategy projects, initiative by the P&C Performance Managers. You will provide input to strategic discussions/ initiatives and presentations as well as develop and maintain highly qualitative communication material for various purposes and audiences.
The role is located in Malmö or Amsterdam. Working from your home organisation the first period could be a possible solution due to the circumstances in the world. Once we are back to a “new normal”, relocation will be required.
